Martensitic Stainless Steels (13Cr / Super 13Cr)
Martensitic stainless steels are high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloys used in moderately corrosive well environments. 13Cr and Super 13Cr grades offer a balance of mechanical strength and resistance to CO₂-induced corrosion and moderate H₂S exposure, making them suitable for tubing and casing applications in CO₂-rich or mildly sour conditions.
Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steels
Duplex and Super Duplex stainless steels are high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloys designed for more aggressive well environments. They provide excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and H₂S corrosion, making them ideal for tubing and casing in offshore, deepwater, and highly corrosive conditions.
Nickel-Based Corrosion-Resistant Alloys
Nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys are engineered for the most extreme well environments, offering exceptional resistance to H₂S, CO₂, and chloride-induced corrosion. These alloys combine high strength with superior resistance to cracking, pitting, and general corrosion, making them ideal for tubing and casing in deepwater, HPHT, and ultra-corrosive conditions.
